These mediation&#8217;s convene at 9:30 a.m., include a working lunch and go for as long as necessary. Mediations that go past 5:30 p.m. are invoiced at $600.00 per hour, evenly divided between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Half Day: The fees for a 4-hour day are $1,500.00 per party. These mediation&#8217;s will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mediation&#8217;s that go past 4 hours are invoiced at $600.00 per hour, evenly divided between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Two Hour: The fees for a 2-hour mediation are $1,000.00 per party. These mediation&#8217;s are from 8:00 \u2013 10:00, 10:00 \u2013 12:00, 1:30 \u2013 3:30 or 3:30 \u2013 5:30. Mediation&#8217;s that go past 2 hours are invoiced at $600 per hour, evenly divided between the parties.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARBITRATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All arbitration&#8217;s are based on an 8-hour day and as such, the fee is $5,000.00 from each party. Should the arbitration go past 8 hours, time will be invoiced at $600.00 per hour, evenly divided between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>The fees listed above include preparation time, pre-mediation conferences and lunch for participants. In some complex situations where a substantial amount of preparation time is essential, additional costs may be proposed. Travel for out-of-town mediation&#8217;s will incur the additional costs associated with travel to the mediation site.<\/p>\n<p>Fees for services must be received NO LATER than 10 days prior to the mediation.
